What is the average shipping time for my order?
We offer standard shipping within 5-7 business days and expedited options within 2-3 business days. All orders include tracking information sent via email.

What is your return policy for lighting fixtures?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it in its original packaging for a full refund, minus shipping costs.

Are the LED bulbs included with the lamps?
Most of our fixtures come with energy-efficient LED bulbs included. If a specific model requires separate bulbs, it will be clearly noted in the product description.
How do I track my order once it has shipped?
